The Bielle distillery

The second largest distillery on the island of Marie Galante, the Bielle distillery is renowned for the warm welcome that visitors receive.

During your visit, you will learn about the rum-making process from cutting the cane to bottling, before a free tasting of its different alcohols.

A stroll in the estate will take you into the past with its old "sucrotte" and its restored steam engines at the back of the distillery.
