Murat House

In Grand Bourg visit the ruins of Château Murat.

This former sugar plantation from the end of the 18th century is an emblematic place in the history of the island.

It now houses the headquarters of the Arts and Popular Traditions ecomuseum which brings together three centuries of Guadeloupe sugar history during colonial times.
